Artist Statement
Through the exploration of visual storytelling, Larissa Monique Hauck confronts the complexities of queer feminine identity contrasted with the resilience of the natural world. With notional beings that exist among luminous colour schemes and altered realities, she delves into the intricacies of alienation and voyeurism that stems from the queer feminine experience.
